  Log into your Revibe account or contact our support team via email within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all included accessories, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Schedule a Collection

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will be dispatched to your location in South Africa to collect the parcel at a time convenient for you.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
